psOff v0.2 beta is released. An early PS4 emulator for Windows.

psOff v0.2 beta Changelog:
Emulator.exe now contains the runtime and rendering part only.
Runs some simple games like Worms W.M.D, Sonic Mania Plus or Blackhole.
