StarPSX v0.3.1 is released. StarPSX is a free and open-source PlayStation 1 emulator written in Rust. This project is highly work in progress and not suitable for playing games yet.

Fixed a bug causing app to crash if log directory is not present
Fixed improper SPU stub that caused SPU DMAs to not work
