* Add check for macOS 11.0 and make MoltenVK weak so it runs on Mac OS X < 11.0
* Remove duplicate CFBundleName and fix case
* Add supplementary Info.plist information that was missing
* Fix auto detection for MoltenVK
* Detect the presence of the Vulkan headers and MoltenVK, enable if found
