Stella Git changelog:
* Remove paging for Linux, which goes against how UNIX normally outputs text.
* Converted Perl programs in src/tools to Python.
* The git commits number now shows in Version.hxx automatically, instead of having to manually add it.
* Fixed state files incorrectly including audio samples.
* State file location is now configurable again (fixes #1086).
* Added 'sscrop' option for cropping black borders in PNG snapshots (fixes #1106).
* Fixed debugger script default location not matching documentation (fixes #1120).
