WinVICE r46186 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Another major 'autostart' rework: Made sure no resources are touched when 'use tde at autostart' is not enabled (should fix #1562). Fix 'virtual to tde' state copying for more drives. Removed extra 'handle tde' parameter for autostart_init(). More log cleanup, probe images before opening to prevent unwanted errors being logged. Use probe functions in the UI for the same reason.
