Igir v5.5.0 is released. A zero-setup ROM collection manager that sorts, filters, extracts or archives, patches, and reports on collections of any size on any OS.
Igir Changelog:
Feature/fix: support for many 7-Zip compression methods
v5.0.0 replaced fussy 7za executables with a pure JavaScript library, which allowed Igir to be bundled with Bun, but it accidentally dropped support for some common 7-Zip compression methods (thank you @freitagdavid for the detailed report). The native library should have supported the common LZMA and LZMA2 methods, but @nikcha and @mbalders reported issues with archives that should have extracted fine.
The JavaScript library has been swapped out for a native addon, which should support every compression method you'd want. This includes Zstandard (which is still nonstandard for 7-Zip), so Igir can now read every type of 7-Zip that RomVault can write.
