ShadPS4 Pre (2026/09/02) is released. An early PS4 emulator for Windows and Linux written in C++.

ShadPS4 Changelog:

* Fix incorrect error return on attempting to create a file in a nonexistent folder in a writable mount (#4952)
* Some games open port with handle 255 , that is not an accepted port so don't complain about it (#4946)
