WinVICE r46247 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

PET 8032: use editor rom edit-4-80-b-50Hz.901474-04.bin.
The one with "-04_" that we used previously was not an original editor rom.
This was visible because in text mode there was just a single scan line
between character lines, rather than two.

PET 8x96: Fix stores to $FFF0
Stores to $FFF0 were not always properly rememembered, so that a next store
could look like "nothing changed" when this was incorrect.
