Flycast Git (2026/10/22) is compiled. Flycast is a multi-platform Sega Dreamcast, Naomi and Atomiswave emulator derived from reicast.

Flycast Git changelog:
* bba: skip deserialization if device doesn't exist
* empty commit
* bba: start polling only when needed. Increase poll interval to 1 ms
* ci: fix sentry-cli on android builds
