NC2000 Changelog:
Fix the issue of clock runs slightly faster than real wallclock.
Previously the .nand file is slightly larger than real WQX's nand, now it is changed to real size. (no need to re-download rom files, since this change is backward compatible and the emulator will auto fix the size on next save)
