Nextendo v1.8.12 is released. Nextendo is a fork of the open-source Ryujinx Nintendo Switch emulator. On top of Ryujinx's excellent accuracy and performance, Nextendo adds a first-class, built-in client for the Nextendo Network — a community-run replacement for the official online service — so supported games can be played online again without any manual configuration, custom hosts file, or SSL bypass on the user's part. The emulation core (CPU, GPU, audio, input, filesystem) is unchanged from upstream Ryujinx. Nextendo's additions are limited to the networking layer and the surrounding user experience.

Nextendo Changelog:
Nextendo user panel
A new in-window dashboard replaces the old profile dialog: your account, friends, online status, lobby and game invitations in one place.
Press Ctrl+F to open or close it, even over a running game.
Friend profiles now show their play history.
Inviting friends to a game now happens inside the panel.
What's New now shows the notes of the latest release.
Fixed a crash that could close some games when a friends service request returned an error.
Splatoon 3
Splatoon 3 now downloads its BCAT data (schedules and events) from the Nextendo server and keeps it up to date.
Thanks to Mars-Hermetto for the user panel and to zara for Splatoon 3 BCAT.
