* Fixed paths inside ZIP files being classified by their extension rather than by what the archive contains.
* Fix ProfilingRunner to obey ROM file sizes.
* KidVid now supports (and defaults to) reading WAV files directly from ZIP file.
* Tighten up comments all across the codebase.
* Fixed several audio device and KidVid WAV stream problems.
* Fixed saving 4K CommaVid ROMs from the debugger;
* Fixes for suggestions from clang-tidy.
