Dolphin Git 2606-374 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.
DuckStation Git (2026/09/17) is compiled. DuckStation is an simulator/emulator of the Sony PlayStation(TM) console, focusing on playability, speed, and long-term maintainability. The goal is to be as accurate as possible while maintaining performance suitable for low-end devices. "Hack" options are discouraged, the default configuration should support all playable games with only some of the enhancements having compatibility issues.
DOSBox-Staging Git (2026/09/17) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.
PPSSPP Git (2026/09/17) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.
Xenia Edge Git (2026/09/17) is released. Xenia Edge is yet another experimental fork of the Xenia emulator, mainly based on Xenia Canary but with the aim of quicker iteration and improvements to Vulkan backend and Linux platform in particular. Windows of course remains fully supported as well and will benefit from changes made here especially with its Vulkan backend.
KytyPS5 (2026/09/17) is released. KytyPS5 is a PlayStation 5 compatibility layer. The project is still in an early stage of development, so compatibility is limited and behavior may change quickly between builds.

MAME-NES v1.8 is released. This branch contains a major NES/Famicom accuracy update for MAME. The main M6502/NES CPU timing path, APU, and PPU have been heavily reworked toward cycle-accurate behavior. The goal of this work is to improve hardware accuracy while keeping the implementation compatible with MAME's existing NES/Famicom architecture.
Lazuli Nightly (2026/09/17) is released. GameCube emulator. lazuli is a work-in-progress GameCube emulator. lazuli is still very much a toy, but it's able to boot multiple commercial games and lots of homebrew.
OpenROM v2.7.3 is released. OpenROM is a free, open-source Universal ROM Conversion Suite built to replace every proprietary and fragmented ROM tool out there. Powered by a modern Flutter desktop UI with a gaming dashboard aesthetic, real-time terminal logging, batch processing, smart platform detection, and a full headless CLI for automation — all running 100% offline.
Nemulator v6.0 is released. Nemulator is win32 NES emulator.nemulator 2.0 uses DirectX 10, therefore Windows Vista or Windows 7 is required. If you receive an error message stating that d3dx10_33.dll is missing, please download the latest DirectX 10 update from Microsoft at microsoft.com. You need a lot of horsepower (probably a dual-CPU/core system) to run the menu at full speed.
MAME4droid 2026(0.289) v1.41 is released. MAME4droid is developed by David Valdeita (Seleuco) as a port of the MAME emulator by MAMEDev and contributors. It emulates arcade games and systems like ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, MSX etc. This version of MAME support over 40000 different ROMs.
NESd v0.20.0 is released. A NES Emulator written in Dart and Flutter. Supports macOS, Windows, Android and Linux (tested on Steam Deck).
Ruzu v0.0.9 is released. ruzu is a Nintendo Switch emulator written in Rust and it began as an experiment nobody expected to work.
Xenia Git (2026/09/16) is compiled. Xenia is an experimental emulator for the Xbox 360. It does not run games (yet).
