RSP Git (2013/09/12) is compiled. RSP is a plugin for Project64.

RSP Git Changelog:
* kill some ANSI warnings about sign-extending unsigned's
* refactored old buggy VCH writeback to VCC
* forgot to include sign when checking le/ge, reversed ternary
* accidentally wrote VCO instead of VCC
* potential debugger hazard when testing old functions
* fixed misprioritization of 64-bit type conversion
* full static rewrite of vector unit
