* Added ASAN capability to Makefile, and found/fixed one memory leak and one reserve vs. resize issue.
* Make sure all subsystems know when text events are disabled (fixes #1138).
* Comments and whitespace cleanup.
* Clarified the comment in MicroChip24LC about a magic number.
* Added BitmaskEnum class to Visual Studio.
* Added BitmaskEnum, for effectively using 'enum class' which represent bitmasks.
* Silence ASAN container overflow warning.
